2026 Spring Crown Schedule
Friday, May 1st
5:00 pm- Site & Gate Opens
7:00 pm- Bardic around the Firepit
9:00 pm- Gate closes
Saturday, May 2nd
7:00 am- Campers enjoy a light breakfast (Feast Hall)
8:00 am- Gate opens
9:30 am- A&S tables open (Basketball court)
10:00 am- Procession begins/ Crown Tourney will begin shortly after Procession ends (List field)
10:30 am- Consort Breakfast (Time is approximated) As concerts complete their procession, please join us at the Shelter overlooking the list field for a complimentary breakfast basket, mock mimosas & other goodies.
11:30 am- Potluck lunch begins at the Shelter overlooking the list field.
1:00 pm- A&S judging
1:00 pm- Gate closes
1:00 pm- Field of Roses begins (Time is approximated) Begins after first rounds of Crown eliminations. It will continue until the final matches of Crown. If needed, Field of Roses will continue after the Helga Ball matches.
2:00 pm- (after new Heirs are crowned) Helga Ball begins. (List Field)
2:00 pm (after the new Heirs are crowned)- Thrown Weapons & Atlatl begin (Back Field)
3:30 pm- All leftovers from the Potluck should be picked up.
3:30 pm- All A&S items should be picked up
4:30 pm- Evening Court (List Field/ In the event of rain, court will be moved to the Basketball court)
6:00 pm – Feast (Feast Hall)
7:30 pm- Bardic around the Firepit
7:30 pm- Night Golf (List Field)
Sunday, May 3rd
11:00 am- Site closes
