The camping cost is applied for both cabin beds and tent camping.  Tent camping will have access to flushies and showers.  Please inform our camping coordinator if you will be tent camping instead of using a bed in the cabin so that we can adjust our numbers and coordinate the space properly. 

All refund requests sent via email to the reservationist or the Event Steward must be received no later than 5 days after the event to be considered.  Refund requests made before the event will be honored after the event and gats show that the person(s) was a no show.  Request made after the event will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Event Steward and the Exchequer.   All refunds shall be paid by check from the group’s checking account.  Checks will be issued no later than 60 days from the end of the event.  No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and/or all reservation checks have cleared or returned as Not Sufficient Funds.  All refund checks not cleared within 120 days of issuance will be considered a donation to the General Fund.   No fees charged by the SCORES system will be refunded.
