Below are the requirements for merchants at an SCA event:
1) All merchants and staff of merchants must be registered in advanced to attend the event. (Scores or mail is acceptable)
2) All merchants must complete the contact information on the event website.
3) All merchants must reasonably attempt to wear something that looks historically period. (Check out Society for Creative Anachronism for more information on items to wear.)
4) Items for sale needs to be something of use for those attending. (This is very broad as we have merchants that sale fabric, leather, pottery, beads, jewelry, wood-working, etc. Basically- nothing modern. Hand-made items are acceptable and preferred by most that attend.)
5) Merchants must supply all items needed for their shops- Dayshades, tables, decoration, signs, etc.
6) Merchants must be able to accept multiple forms of payments including cash.
7) Merchants must be set-up prior to 10am the Saturday of the event and broken down by 10am Sunday morning.
